Position Summary The Regional Marketing Coordinator is a hands‑on executor of Formula Wellness’s marketing strategy and provides direct marketing support to our partner centers. This role is responsible for bringing campaigns, content, and promotions to life — ensuring that initiatives are carried out accurately, on time, and consistently across all locations. In this role you will translate strategic direction from the Marketing Director into actionable deliverables, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a detail‑oriented, results‑driven approach.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution Build and deploy marketing campaigns (email, SMS, and social media) from start to finish. Manage marketing requests from partner centers and deliver timely, accurate support. Execute updates to websites, landing pages, and Google Business Profiles.
Content & Creative Management Draft and edit marketing copy for email, SMS, social, and in‑clinic promotions. Manage creative asset development through Canva and agency/vendor partners. Coordinate local content capture (photos, videos) for provider and center promotion.
Digital & Local Marketing Support Support paid media initiatives across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms. Deploy signage, flyers, and collateral for partner centers. Assist with planning and execution of center‑level events, partnerships, and promotions.
Analytics & Reporting Track and report on marketing campaign performance. Monitor patient engagement, lead flow, and ROI from campaigns. Share insights to guide refinements and best practices. Act as a day‑to‑day resource for partner centers needing marketing support. Ensure consistency in brand standards across all locations. Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, providers, and vendors to keep projects moving.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, aesthetics, or consumer brands. Strong hands‑on experience with: Social media platforms (Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) Digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics) Email/SMS platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, CRM‑based tools) Creative platforms (Canva, Adobe a plus) Experience with EMR/PMS systems (Zenoti, ModMed, etc.) is a plus. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
