Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders, including the executive team, employees, and external partners. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism. Coordinate and manage special projects as directed by the CEO. Organize and attend meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared and informed. Oversee office operations and administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in the planning and execution of company events and activities. Necessary Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role. Bilingual (Spanish & English) read, write and speak. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in the following software: AI software such as Chat GPTSlack, Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Experience with managing executive calendars and travel arrangements. What We Offer
