Responsibilities

Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees; create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity

Ensure the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining compliance with local and state licensing regulations

Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees

Guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning; use engaging characters to drive the curriculum and create a fun, enriching learning experience at TLE

Drive consistent business results measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient operations; manage accounts payable/receivable, generate monthly P&L reports, and oversee payroll

Engage prospective families through in-person and virtual center tours; organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment

Qualifications

Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required)

State-specific Administrative or Director credential, and knowledge of any other state-specific guidelines for the role

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred)

Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations

Experience in preschool settings and understanding of Colorado Licensing guidelines
