About the role:
Oversee full project lifecycle —
from site acquisition and due diligence through entitlement, design, construction, and delivery.
Lead financial analysis and underwriting —
ensuring project feasibility, return optimization, and alignment with investment strategy.
Manage external partners —
including architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and municipal agencies throughout planning and execution.
Drive project schedules and budgets —
identifying risks, value-engineering opportunities, and ensuring milestones are met on time and within cost.
Coordinate investor and internal reporting —
presenting project progress, capital needs, and performance updates to senior management and capital partners.
