Role Overview As Senior Offline Media Manager you will grow and manage brand campaigns across B2B and SaaS segments.

You will scale programs with multi‑million‑dollar budgets, build cross‑channel campaigns, and drive analytic capability advancement in partnership with web marketing, product marketing, engineering, legal, and creative teams.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

Strategize, execute, and optimize best‑in‑class brand media campaigns to drive brand awareness and acquisition.

Allocate media resources across offline channels (Linear TV, CTV, Online Video, Network Radio, Streaming Audio, Podcasts).

Own end‑to‑end campaign management—planning, strategy, tactical execution, vendor management, measurement, and reporting.

Develop audience insights, consumption habits, competitive analysis, KPI frameworks by funnel stage, and learning agendas.

Ensure consistency in brand communication across advertising.

Manage budgets and continuously improve cost‑effective acquisition.

Lead media agency partner development and manage contracts, scope, and staffing.

Report campaign effectiveness, including creative traffic, audience management, and dashboard creation.

Collaborate with data analytics, growth engineering, product marketing, legal, and creative to ensure accurate tracking and measurement.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in offline and digital media, with a focus on B2B or SaaS.

3+ years offline and 3+ years digital experience (combined 6+ years).

Deep understanding of paid media across all channels and strong media industry knowledge.

Excellent grasp of marketing business operations.

Experience leading media agencies on strategy and execution.

Track record of optimizing media programs to meet LTV:CAC targets.

Proven ability to execute creativity experiments, including creative testing.

Experience negotiating IOs, MNDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.

Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions.

Ability to juggle multiple projects with changing priorities.

Detail‑oriented organizational and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Interest in the latest media developments and best practices.

Independent yet collaborative team player.

Passion for Gusto’s mission and impact.

Extra Credit

Experience with small‑business marketing, subscription products, SaaS, or financial services.

Working knowledge of performance marketing channels such as SEM and affiliates.

Experience with digital campaign management platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, DV 360, Meta Ads, Tatari, or other DSPs).

Fluency with business intelligence tools (Amplitude, Tableau) and tag management (Tealium, GTag).

Experience with advanced measurement and analytics (multi‑touch attribution, media mix modeling, or similar).

Compensation Denver, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Atlanta: $108,000 – $125,000 annually.

San Francisco and New York: $131,000 – $151,000 annually.

Office & Remote Expectations Employees based in Denver, San Francisco, or New York City will work from the office approximately 2‑3 days per week (or more depending on role).

Hybrid employees must maintain a secure internet connection for all non‑office days.
