The Marketing & Investor Relations Coordinator is a key member of our Marketing & Investor Relations team, responsible for supporting best‑in‑class client and prospect engagement. This role combines research, analysis, communications, and project management to enhance our investor experience and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Client & Prospect Engagement

Support relationship management by conducting research and analysis on prospects, clients, markets, and competitors.

Respond promptly to investor and prospect requests, preparing and updating RFPs, DDQs, and questionnaires.

Coordinate and follow up on client meetings, calls, and events to ensure seamless communication.

Marketing & Communications

Create, update, and distribute marketing materials, including presentations, factsheets, and standard DDQs.

Support the firm’s digital presence through website updates and social media initiatives.

Organize and support investor events, roadshows, webinars, and conferences.

Reporting & Data Management

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reports in collaboration with internal teams and fund administrators.

Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate contact data, activity notes, management reporting, and distribution lists.

Manage investor onboarding by coordinating with legal, operations, and fund administration teams.

Operational Excellence

Maintain consultant and third‑party databases, fostering relationships with service providers and vendors.

Facilitate timely responses to investor inquiries in collaboration with internal and external partners.

Contribute to special projects and ad‑hoc initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, communications, or a related field

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Self‑motivated, dependable, and collaborative, with strong initiative and ownership mentality

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Discretion in handling confidential information

Unquestionable integrity and professional ethics

Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., DealCloud) preferred
