Compensation & Bonuses
Agency Launch Bonus – $20,000 upon compliant launch
Marketing Reimbursement – $20,000 or more ($10K quarterly qualification)
Agency Development Bonus – up to 35% extra for the first 36 months (quarterly measurement)
Full ownership (equity) of your book of business
Support & Resources The EA model provides step‑by‑step onboarding, core business skills training, and ongoing resources to secure licensed staff, manage financials, develop business plans, and network with experienced EAs and other experts.
Agency Owner Responsibilities Build a profitable, multi‑line insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members. Sell property & casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships to a loyal client base.
Agency Owner Requirements
Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing (preferred, but if not available, you must obtain at candidate’s expense)
Completion of the Business Plan / Cash Flow analysis (AAA provides guidance)
4‑week 100% virtual training/live instructor class
Approved AAA branded office space
$75K proof of investable capital (invested labor or funds available for 60 days)
Pass background check, criminal history, and credit/financial check
Two licensed staff members
Products & Coverage AAA Membership – roadside assistance and savings on dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel events, and auto care.
Property & Casualty – Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles, and Commercial Lines.
Life Insurance – Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities.
