11/01/25 Key Responsibilities
Enforce parking regulations and operational policies in campus lots and structures. Issue citations and conduct towing/booting for parking violations. Prepare daily parking reports and provide information to faculty, staff, students, and visitors regarding parking complaints, suggestions, concerns, directions, and policies. Direct traffic in and around parking structures to ensure safe and orderly ingress and egress. Provide reserved accommodations for special events, special guests, or scheduled athletic events. Back‑up and support co‑workers during special events, employee absences, or other circumstances. Perform periodic assistance in cleaning surface lots and associated vehicles and equipment during slow periods. Patrol parking lot levels for unauthorized parkers, litter, suspicious persons, and illegal activities. Qualifications & Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (evaluation of education/experience in lieu of minimum qualifications available). Strong, professional customer service skills. Organizational skills. Benefits & Compensation
