Position Summary This is a benefits eligible, partial year position (9-11 months of the year). The employee will need to sign a partial year agreement. Employees returning to work from designated partial-year leave periods are continued in the same position with no break in service and no change in the original hire date.
Enforcement of parking regulations and operational policies in campus lots and structures. Strong, professional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities
Issuing citations for parking violations.
Towing and booting for parking violations.
Preparing daily reports and providing information to faculty, staff, employees, students, and visitors about parking complaints, suggestions, concerns, directions, policies, or other campus-related issues.
Directing traffic in and around parking structures to ensure safe and orderly ingress and egress.
Providing reserved accommodations for special events, special guests, or scheduled football games or other athletic events.
Providing backup and support for co-workers during special events, employee absences, or other circumstances to maintain orderly facility function.
Performing periodic assistance in cleaning surface lots and associated vehicles and equipment during slow periods.
Providing security by patrolling all levels of the facility or all areas of the parking lot for unauthorized parkers, litter patrol, suspicious persons, or illegal activities.
