What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with customers, software engineers, architects, and capability managers to capture capability needs and deliver quality business solutions
Participate in Agile scrum teams in various roles, including Scrum Master, Business Technical Analyst, and Tester
Support requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results for customer impacts
Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, including conducting requirement walkthroughs and reporting project status
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be a US citizen
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field
3 - 5 years of experience in information systems/information technology (IS/IT)
Thorough understanding of the end systems impact of changes across multiple systems
Strong analytical and documentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
1 - 3 years of experience in the health insurance industry
1 - 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
