What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with customers and team members to identify capability needs and develop quality business solutions

Participate in the full software development life cycle, including Agile scrum roles such as Scrum Master and Business Technical Analyst

Support requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results for customer impact

Ensure compliance with standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout project lifecycles

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing status updates and facilitating requirement walkthroughs

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field

3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT or Healthcare

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Effective communication and report writing abilities

Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma

1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry

1 - 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry

Six Sigma or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Clinical License
