Junior Graphic Designer We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you help design and create digital marketing materials for bond election campaigns, brand marketing deliverables, and other creative tasks as needed. Candidates should be proficient with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. This is an entry‑level role that reports to the Senior Graphic Designer. Candidates should be able to produce high‑quality materials while adhering to deadlines. Please submit a portfolio of your work when applying for this job.

Essential Functions

Prepare approved artwork for bond campaign production across multiple platforms

Create and manage bond campaign branding templates

Assist with changes or edits across bond campaign deliverables

Work with Marketing Managers and Coordinators on bond campaign and client deliverables

Contribute to layout, typography, and photography decisions

Eager to learn with strong communication and organization skills

Ability to manage quality control and attention to design detail

Take direction from other graphic designers and marketing team members

Collaborating with team members to meet client deadlines

Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, strict timelines, and multi‑tasking

Create brand marketing or promotional materials as needed for the company.

Participate in seminars, conventions & organizations relevant to Marketing (SMPS, AMA, TSPRA, TASA/ TASB conventions, AIA seminars) to stay up‑to‑date on the latest best practices and techniques.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in graphic design strongly preferred

Portfolio of work required to be considered for this role

Experience in an internship or entry‑level graphic design role

Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

Team oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills

Multitasking abilities and outstanding time management skills.

Understanding the visual elements such as type, layout, fonts, etc.

Salary: $53,000-$65,000
