Primary Responsibilities

The Manager of Business Intelligence leads a team of data analysts and reporting specialists to deliver actionable insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making. This role is responsible for developing and executing the organizations data analytics, reporting, and dashboarding strategyensuring information is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business goals. This individual will serve as both a people leader and strategic partner, fostering a culture of data-driven thinking while overseeing the successful delivery of analytic projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Proficiency in modern BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar). Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases and data modeling concepts. Working knowledge of data warehouse environments, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Snowflake). Understanding of data governance, master data management, and data quality best practices. Familiarity with Python, R, or other analytical scripting languages is a plus. Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization both verbal and written. Ability to manage and provide leadership to a team to ensure business goals are met. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Demonstrated success managing analytics projects from concept to delivery, including stakeholder engagement and change management. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS, ADDITIONAL SKILLS, APTITUDE: Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a people leadership or team management role, with proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop analytical talent. Experience working cross-functionally with business, technical, and executive teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions. Physical Requirements
