Salary & Bonus:
$10,000 Fast‑Start Bonus per month for 12 months; $120,000 First‑Year target. Bonus structure includes:
$2,500 First‑Week Training Pay for the first five training days.
$500 per virtual appointment bonus (no limit).
Up to $1,500 per week for meeting the minimum call and one qualified onsite appointment.
200% of the profit margin for the first 90 days of orders shipped.
40% – 59% of the profit margin after 90 days.
Up to $10,000 new client account credits.
Up to $5,000 new account donation credits.
Up to $400 gift cards for business‑building activities.
Responsibilities:
Develop outbound sales strategies to identify, qualify, and close new commercial accounts with at least 250 employees.
Manage key customer relationships, conduct onsite and virtual meetings, and achieve quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to present AI, cloud, and data‑center solutions tailored to client needs.
Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and provide regular sales reports to leadership.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of direct technology sales experience in enterprise or AI solutions.
Strong understanding of AI, cloud, virtualization, and data‑center technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently in a high‑growth environment.
