Practice Details

Outpatient, community-based oncology

Monday–Friday schedule with 1:4 call requirement

Busy practice with a well-established patient panel

Seeing around 20 patients per day, APP support to assist

Comprehensive approach including 10 active tumor boards per week; Oncology pharmacist in every location; physicians supported with a hall RN

Compensation & Benefits

Excellent compensation package with uncapped wRVU production

Average compensation for all physicians was close to $700K; top producers over $1 million

Full benefits package, 401k, and pension plan

25 days PTO + 6 holidays + 5 CME days
