Ansell is looking for a Director, Strategy to join our team in Alpharetta, GA! In this position you will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of enterprise strategy, including long‑term planning, growth opportunity evaluation, and enterprise efficiency improvement through data‑driven analysis and cross‑functional collaboration, advancing the company’s value creation plan. A key focus of this role is driving initiatives effectively across the company through data‑driven analysis, rigorous project management, and cross‑functional collaboration. The Director partners with senior leaders across business units and functions to ensure initiatives align with corporate goals and market expectations, while ensuring ownership and accountability for execution through the company’s operating model.
The base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $205,000 U.S. Dollars per year.
Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.

What your role will be?
Support the corporate strategic planning process, including annual goal setting, multi‑year planning, and scenario modeling.
Conduct industry, competitive, and market analyses to inform strategic priorities and executive decision‑making.
Assist in evaluating organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including investments, partnerships, and divestitures.
Prepare strategic materials and presentations for senior leadership and board‑level discussions.
Help develop, align and monitor action plans for implementing strategic initiatives; track KPIs and report progress.
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve enterprise efficiency, including cost optimization, process improvements, and resource allocation.
Contribute to enterprise‑wide transformation efforts such as innovation, digital enablement, and go‑to‑market strategies.
Collaborate with Finance, Investor Relations, and Corporate Communications to ensure alignment of strategy with messaging and change management.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members; foster a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
What will you bring to Ansell?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
7–10 years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, investment banking, or strategic roles within a public company.
Experience supporting or interacting with senior leadership and/or board‑level stakeholders.
Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to simplify complex topics.
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage initiatives in a matrixed organization.
Familiarity with regulatory and ESG considerations relevant to public companies.
