Overview Codale Electric is committed to delivering quality electrical distribution solutions to contractors throughout Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Nevada. We are looking for a strategic leader who can expand our contractor market share, mentor a high‑performing sales team, and strengthen customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Growth: Develop and execute targeted strategies to expand Codale’s contractor market share across Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Nevada.

Empower Sales Teams: Mentor and inspire a high‑performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Strengthen Customer Relationships: Build lasting partnerships with contractors and vendors, ensuring Codale remains a trusted and responsive partner in every project.

Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee sales operations with a focus on margin performance, process efficiency, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Champion Innovation: Promote the use of digital tools and CRM systems to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Proven Leadership Experience: Extensive sales leadership within the electrical distribution or contractor space, with a track record of exceeding growth targets.

Strategic Vision & Execution: The ability to translate market insights into actionable plans that drive measurable results.

Customer‑Centric Mindset: A deep commitment to understanding contractor needs and delivering tailored solutions that build loyalty and trust.

Team Development Skills: A passion for coaching and developing talent, helping individuals reach their full potential while contributing to team success.

Tech‑Savvy Approach: Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital sales tools, ensuring Codale stays ahead in a competitive landscape.
