Located in Minneapolis/St. Paul and surrounding South Minnesota areas.

Responsibilities The Optometrist will provide general optometry services to residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long‑term care facilities within an assigned territory.
Essential Functions
Diagnose and treat refractive disorders.
Diagnose and treat ocular disorders caused by age‑related illnesses.
Examine, diagnose, treat, and manage diseases, injuries, and disorders of the visual system, eye, and associated structures.
Identify related systemic conditions affecting the eye.
Enter patient information and complete required clinical documentation in a cutting‑edge EMR system.
Provide mobile model treatment of patients, requiring daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Doctorate of Optometry (O.D.).
State professional license.
Valid driver’s license.
TPA certification.
Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with email, the internet, and learning other healthcare‑related software.
