is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join the established team, Novant Health Gastroenterology – Wilmington, located in Wilmington, NC. The ideal candidate is board certified/board eligible with a background and interest in providing hospitalist GI care, including inpatient consults, subsequent care and inpatient procedures. The GI hospitalist is supported by two full-time hospital-based APPs. The hospitalist GI position has a 7 on/7 off schedule. ERCP is preferred. The group consists of 8 physicians, with one physician providing GI hospitalist care each week, and 10 APPs; affiliated with Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center, the only level II Trauma center in southeastern North Carolina.
