Overview
Valley Medical Group, part of the Valley Health System in Paramus, New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Heart Failure Cardiologist to join our growing Cardiovascular Service Line.
Responsibilities The Heart Failure Cardiologist will be responsible for assisting with program growth, quality initiatives, as well as the training and education of our Multidisciplinary Heart Failure Team. The physician will work to support both the inpatient heart failure population and the outpatient Center for Comprehensive Heart Failure Care. The candidate will work in close partnership with our physician and administrative leadership to help development of Valley as a Destination VAD Center and participate as a member of our Shock Team. The candidate must possess strong clinical skills and have experience with mechanical circulatory support devices, as well as a track record of clinical research and a commitment to teaching.

Qualifications
An MD or DO
Successfully completed fellowships in Cardiology and Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant
Board eligible or certification in cardiovascular disease
Existing or Eligibility for New Jersey Medical License, DEA and CDS required.
