Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Job Purpose You will be responsible for developing and pitching industry-shaping Influencer Marketing strategies and supporting the team in achieving our business goals. You will help the team design, pitch and support the execution of tailored Influencer Marketing campaigns that partner brands with content creators. A key part of this role involves delivering strategic support for a leading enterprise client in the consumer goods and personal care industry.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively and independently to write, develop and present exciting and award‑winning responses to briefs for the enterprise client account, including the development of industry‑leading annual plans.

Deeply understand the needs of retained clients where you are the lead strategist, providing exceptional ongoing support and proactively seeking out new opportunities to improve campaign strategies and grow the account.

Support the achievement of monthly booking targets and new business objectives.

Play a key role on pitches and client presentations.

Demonstrate strong ideation skills and understanding of creative that will perform well as part of influencer campaigns.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive growth and deliver outstanding results for clients.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our paid and analytics offerings.

Proactively provide useful insights to the team to inform and guide decision‑making and strategy with a focus on the landscape of the consumer goods and personal care industry.

Support the Accounts team with client growth plans, ensuring strategies are developed to deliver on relevant action points.

Keep up with market trends and companies working with influencers.

Stay informed about recent and ongoing brand partnerships on digital content platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Podcasts, etc.).

Ensure the wider team has a strong understanding of campaign strategies as they go into production, and step in where needed to keep the team aligned and strategies executed to a high standard.

Keep all relevant documentation and folders up‑to‑date, and adapt processes where required, along with the needs of the business.

Continue improving templates and processes to improve our proposal outputs.

Develop stand‑out industry reports and thought‑pieces that assist with lead generation.

Continuously deepen your knowledge about the industry by attending events, conferences and reading industry news online.

Must‑Haves

1-3+ years of working in strategy or similar relevant influencer marketing roles.

Be willing and able to travel to Chicago for key client meetings.

A strong understanding of social media platforms and creator landscape, with a focus on the US.

Understanding and experience of developing marketing strategies designed to access key communities and resonate with relevant cultures.

Strong email etiquette.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Impressive organisational skills.

Confidence to work independently and on pitches which have a quick turnaround.

Experience developing strategically grounded, engaging creative campaigns.

Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with confidence to present under high pressure situations.

Excellent understanding of social platforms and non‑traditional brand communications.

Confident with key Google Drive softwares, most importantly Slides.

Highly collaborative and team player – eager to learn all parts of the business.

Nice‑to‑Haves

Previous experience working with consumer goods and personal care brands in a marketing or strategic capacity.

Fluency in Spanish.
