Chief Executive Officer – Growing Commercial/Structural Construction Services Company-Private Equity
Our client is a highly profitable, private equity-sponsored Commercial/Structural Construction Services enterprise operating from multiple locations based in the Southeast.
The company is presently seeking a motivated and hands‑on CEO to lead this expanding enterprise through substantial growth over the next 3-5 years. The primary objective will be to develop and execute a strategy of expansion into new markets while focusing on driving profitability, streamlining processes and continuing to build upon best‑in‑class service and execution.
Responsibilities Deliver on the growth mandate and lead the advancement of all functions across the organization. Own full P&L, establish process, ramp project delivery capabilities, ensure accountability and integrate fulfillment across a multi‑location acquisition base. Improve visibility, professionalize operations and drive significant organic and acquisitive growth initiatives.
Qualifications Experienced middle‑market Commercial Services executive with a successful liquidity event experience. Proven ability selling into federal, state, municipal entities and private clients, general contractors. Background in specialty contracting (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical installation, facilities maintenance, fire and security, commercial building, or infrastructure projects).
Compensation Equity partner with private‑equity partner; equity part of overall compensation.
