Director, Enterprise Applications - USA Remote

The Enterprise Applications Director leads the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of systems that support manufacturing, supply chain, commercial operations, quality, and regulatory compliance.
In This Role
Contribute to the overall strategy and technology direction of Enterprise Applications with a focus on technology choices and IT projects that deliver the future of Phenomenex.
Partner with R&D, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, regulatory, commercial, and finance leaders to deliver technology solutions that drive operational excellence, compliance, and competitive differentiation.
Develop and manage global technology teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Develop, maintain and deploy a 5-year Enterprise Applications roadmap that balances modernizing the core and re‑imagining the future, with the right‑sized foundation of security, compliance and governance.
Lead digital transformation initiatives, such as system consolidations, cloud migrations, and implementation of advanced analytics solutions.
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy and regulatory requirements including Sarbanes‑Oxley, PCI and other regulations as relevant, and help manage Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity plans.
Drive execution through effective deployment of Danaher Business Systems.
Essential Requirements
Degree or diploma in a technical or business‑related field such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Sciences, Business Administration, or Economics.
10+ years of relevant work experience in progressive leadership positions, with 5+ years managing application support or business system solution services globally.
5+ years of people management experience, including hiring, performance management and career development.
Experience with Software Development Methodologies including Change Control, Development, QA and deployment.
Ability to troubleshoot, research and solve technically challenging problems involving integrated systems.
Additional Experience That Would Be a Plus
Use of Artificial Intelligence in designing and developing enterprise solutions.
Knowledge of standard manufacturing and order‑to‑cash processes.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
Ability to travel – 30%, overnight, within U.S. and internationally.
Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this role is $180,000 – $220,000 and this position is eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Phenomenex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
