Business Development Manager – West Coast The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while managing strategic relationships within key industry verticals. This role requires a proactive and results‑driven professional skilled in account management, new business development, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Identify and secure new opportunities within the aviation sector across the U.S. and Canada.

Develop and execute sales strategies including market mapping, prospecting, and stakeholder engagement.

Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals aligned with revenue targets.

Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts with focus on retention and expansion.

Deliver customized solutions and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.

Establish client‑specific KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor performance.

Align client needs with fleet resources to optimize utilization and service delivery.

Support fleet planning and forecasting for key accounts.

We are looking for an individual who has

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or account management (aviation industry required).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Skills:

Proven success in strategic sales and account growth.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.

Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Collaborative mindset with cross‑functional team experience.

Analytical skills to interpret market and client data for strategic decisions.
