Key Responsibilities

Technology and Product Direction
Oversee engineering programs focused on real-time detection, advanced correlation, and automated response capabilities.
Guide platform evolution across
cloud workload protection, identity threat detection, SIEM integration, and zero-trust enforcement .
Ensure the product roadmap supports enterprise-scale resilience, low-latency detection, and continuous compliance reporting.
Operational Excellence
Implement performance frameworks that measure ARR, retention, net dollar expansion, and customer acquisition cost efficiency.
Build standardized operating models across sales, marketing, and service delivery to sustain scalability.

Industry and Ecosystem Engagement
Represent the company within global cybersecurity policy discussions, threat intelligence consortia, and standards bodies.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 15 years in cybersecurity, software, or cloud infrastructure leadership.
Proven record of
scaling ARR above $500 million
with measurable improvements in retention and profitability.
Deep technical knowledge of
network defense architectures, endpoint detection and response (EDR), threat intelligence pipelines, and security automation .
Demonstrated experience leading globally distributed teams in product engineering and operations.
Strong command of financial planning, enterprise sales structures, and operational forecasting.
Experience collaborating with public and private stakeholders in regulated sectors such as financial services, energy, and defense.
Compensation and Benefits
Performance Incentive:
Up to 150% of base salary tied to ARR, EBITDA, and retention metrics
Equity Participation:
2% – 5% fully diluted based on growth milestones and shareholder return
