Assesses the circumstances of clients who are Hudson County residents and HIV-positive and arranges an array of services to help them maintain health and functionality; educates clients and other members of the community about HIV; participates in required training and agency development efforts; represents agency as directed by supervisor; attends required meetings; collaborates with medical and other service providers. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a social work related field 2+ years related experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
