Strategic Business Partnership Partner with executive leadership and business unit heads to align learning strategy with business priorities and organizational transformation initiatives Serve as a trusted advisor on talent development, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive business performance Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify critical capability gaps and develop learning roadmaps that support long-term business objectives Strategic Learning Design & Innovation Lead comprehensive organizational needs analyses to uncover performance drivers and strategic learning opportunities Design and architect enterprise-wide and functional learning solutions that directly impact key business metrics and competitive positioning Champion innovative learning approaches and emerging technologies to scale learning across teams and geographies Leverage AI-powered content creation tools and advanced learning authoring platforms to develop scalable, personalized learning experiences Utilize artificial intelligence to optimize content curation, adaptive learning pathways, and automated content generation Business Impact & Performance Consulting Drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven learning interventions for new employees to learn our programs and tools, for experienced employees learning new skills to upskill workforce Establish learning analytics frameworks to demonstrate ROI and strategic value of learning and development Organizational Change Leadership Lead cross-functional learning initiatives that support major business transformations and strategic pivots Build learning cultures that accelerate innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the enterprise Mentor and develop internal learning capabilities to scale organizational development impact Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related strategic field Proven track record of partnering with C-suite and senior business leaders on strategic initiatives and translating business strategy into learning solutions with measurable impact Strong business acumen with ability to understand market dynamics, competitive landscape, and organizational strategy Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change Mastery of adult learning principles, instructional design, and performance improvement methodologies Ability to define learning measurement strategy and make changes based on the data Proficiency with AI-powered content creation tools, learning authoring platforms (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia), and emerging learning technologies Experience leveraging artificial intelligence for content development, personalization, and learning optimization Proficiency with advanced learning technologies, LMS platforms, and learning analytics tools Knowledge of industry best practices in talent development and organizational learning Additional Information

An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on factors including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, ability, knowledge of the job, performance, contribution and results, geographic location, shift, internal and external equity, and business and organizational needs. The salary range is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. This range may be modified in the future and may be applicable for jobs in certain locations or remote positions. If your position is non-exempt, you are eligible for overtime pay per company policy and applicable laws. You may also be eligible for shift differential pay depending on the shift. You may be considered for bonuses under Western Digital’s STI or SIP plans, and may be eligible for the Long-Term Incentive program (RSUs or cash equivalents). Eligibility varies by role.
