Your Work Matters As the Senior Manager of Organizational Design & Effectiveness, you’ll shape how more than 13,000 associates work, grow, and deliver results at scale. This role goes beyond structure—it’s about enabling clarity, speed, and impact across a high-growth business. Every framework you design, every conversation you lead, and every data story you build will influence how our people thrive and how our company continues to transform.
Your Day Consists Of
Partnering with senior leaders and HRBPs to redesign org structures, clarify roles, and ensure the right talent is in the right places to support business growth
Leading enterprise-wide change initiatives, from creating communication cascades to coaching leaders through adoption challenges
Building and deploying engagement survey strategies, then turning results into clear action plans that drive culture and performance
Analyzing workforce data and using visualization tools to tell stories that shape strategic decisions at the executive level
Creating practical org design and change management toolkits that make it easier for leaders and HR partners to apply best practices consistently
Managing vendor relationships and assessment tools (e.g., Hogan, DISC, Peakon), ensuring our teams have the right diagnostics and resources to succeed

You’ll Be Successful With
8+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management, OD, or HR strategy in large, matrixed organizations
A proven record of leading enterprise OD programs, including org design, engagement, team effectiveness, and change management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn workforce data into actionable insights through visual storytelling
Experience facilitating at all levels and influencing senior leadership with clarity and confidence
Familiarity with org design frameworks like spans & layers analysis, operating model design, and change adoption models
Agility in navigating high-growth or multi-unit environments where speed and clarity drive success
Work Environment / Physical Expectations
Primarily a sedentary role with extended periods of sitting, though occasional walking, standing, or light physical activity (lifting up to 20 lbs) may be needed.
Work is typically performed in a quiet to moderate office setting, with occasional exposure to active warehouse environments and moving equipment.
