The Warehouse Manager's main priorities are to assist Chaparral’s management with warehouse operations, which includes inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management, and day‑to‑day operations geared toward operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Receiving deliveries and ensuring proper warehouse rotation of product
Assisting the Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking of inventory on trucks and in the warehouse
Inspecting cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse
Conducting quarterly business reviews to update Regional Accounts on business, channel competition, opportunities, and promotions
Assisting in repackaging and introducing repackaged product back into circulation within RBNA's standards
Assisting in the disposal of damaged/out‑of‑date product
Assisting with the scheduling and delivery of fleet vehicles for routine maintenance
Secondary contact for warehouse access and security
Requirements
Prior warehouse experience, preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Excellent communication, organizational and mathematical skills
Ability to regularly lift and move 25 lbs over your head
Must be at least 21 years old, with current driver's license and a clean driving record
