Join our team! We are looking for a bilingual English/Spanish Warehouse Manager in our GA location to manage the day to day operation. The Warehouse Manager will supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service. The Warehouse Manager will schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.

The ideal candidate will have a strong warehousing background with at least 10 years experience along with a demonstrated capability to work with all levels of the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities

Supervise receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement to ensure operational efficiency and adequate space utilization.

Complying with federal, state, warehousing, and shipping legislation requirements by maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in order to enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.

Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system and producing reports (IN/OUT status report, dead stock reports, etc.) for the management of inventory levels.

Plan work routes, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results aiming for efficient delivery of orders.

Recruiting, coaching and motivating employees to complete operational requirements assigned by KPIs to reach performance goals, maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.

Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols

Enforce adherence to requirements, advise management on needed actions. Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.

Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
