Position Purpose Accountable for leading, defining, executing, and continuously advancing Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) processes to align portfolio initiatives with organizational objectives. Establishes and drives data‑driven decision making, optimizes process efficiency, and establishes robust mechanisms to monitor portfolio health enabling maximum value realization and achievement of strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of new and existing SPM processes, driving tool adoption while ensuring alignment with guiding principles, governance frameworks, and organizational strategy.
Architect, document, and deliver clear, impactful communication of processes, controls, and updates to stakeholders.
Develop, analyze, and maintain governance process metrics, delivering actionable insights to measure process effectiveness and adherence.
Orchestrate collaboration across process owners and interfacing teams, synchronizing improvement initiatives to optimize the entire value chain.
Validate process designs, including correct business requirements, ensuring scalability and alignment with strategic needs.
Own and prioritize technical backlog for future enhancements to portfolio management processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
Accountable for alignment between organizational strategy and operational execution, enabling agile decision making around budgets and resource reprioritization.
Define and communicate the process mission, vision, tactics, goals, objectives, and KPIs, ensuring they remain tightly aligned with enterprise strategies.
Oversee portfolio process health proactively, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, roadmaps, governance policies, and quality standards.
Deliver in‑depth insights and provide actionable recommendations on portfolio reports, focusing on the health, performance, and outcomes of portfolio, sub‑portfolio, and projects.
Serve as a strategic escalation point for critical portfolio challenges, collaborating with Portfolio Management leadership to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
Champion and sponsor transformative business process changes and capability investments that elevate process maturity and enable sustained excellence.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of related experience, or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments in applicable duties, scope, and skill reflective of this position.

Pay Range $119,100.00 – $220,500.00 per year.
