Overview Salesforce Agentforce is the future of AI. We are looking for a Customer Success sales leader who can drive revenue growth, build enduring client relationships, and showcase how Agentforce redefines customer engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

Employ your sales knowledge and new AI technology to identify and position Agentforce opportunities with potential customers.

Collaborate with the Salesforce Sales team to drive Agentforce growth at current and new customers between 200–4,500 employee headcount.

Articulate how the Salesforce Product stack can deliver tailored solutions to transform customer engagement while fitting within customers’ existing architecture.

Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze sophisticated business problems and demonstrate how Agentforce’s capabilities can deliver impact at scale.

Source and qualify Agentforce opportunities that fit our ideal customer profile.

Lead discovery conversations, uncover critical business needs, and present compelling Agentforce use cases that resonate with buyers.

Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the entire sales process.

Highlight how our solutions align seamlessly with clients’ long‑term strategic objectives.

What You Should Have

5+ years of experience in mid‑market and commercial B2B sales within highly technical sales environments.

Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and the Agent platform, including configuring and automating agents.

Experience with AI‑driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform (Sales, Services, Marketing, Data Cloud).

Strong technical selling skills, including the ability to explain AI models and solutions to non‑technical clients.

A proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets within a technical sales environment.

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with extensive background in technology sales.

Skill Set / Technologies Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds); technical sales; negotiation techniques; Cloud Data Warehouse technologies; predictive and prescriptive modeling techniques; Business Intelligence (Tableau). Salesforce Data Cloud.

Compensation Base salary and total compensation vary by location and role level. For this position, the base salary hiring range is $107,350 to $204,200 in Washington, DC. For Colorado-based roles the range is $97,550 to $185,600. For California-based roles the range is $107,350 to $204,200. For Illinois-based roles the range is $107,350 to $177,450.
