At Booz Allen, you can apply your vulnerability analysis, network mapping, exploitation, defensive, and IT logging process experience to execute offensive cyber operations that inform our nation’s most critical security missions.
You Have
5+ years of experience designing, engineering, administering, or analyzing wireless or wireline wide‑area telecommunications networks
5+ years of experience applying analytic tools such as DataXplorer, XKEYSCORE, Wireshark, and Splunk to modern telecommunications networks to answer client questions and drive operations
Knowledge of the OSI layer stack and how it is used in communications, and layers 1 and 2 within the OSI model
Knowledge of technology and protocols, including modern optical transport networks that use dense‑wave‑division multiplexing and multi‑protocol label switching
Knowledge of modern network management systems and network elements, including switches, routers, multiplexers, and wireless and wireline transport
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in a Networking or Telecommunications field
Nice If You Have
Ability to teach and mentor junior analysts in telecommunications and networking fundamentals
Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field
CISSP or similar Certification
Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
Compensation Salary will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
