Your Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute operational and technology focused projects across all sectors, supporting client service team in implementing technology to deliver strategies for transactions and transformations.
Develop experience across a range of engagements, including pre-deal (operational and carve-out planning) and post-deal (integration planning, tracking).
Have a commercial mind-set and convert abstract business requirements into technical user stories and measurable success criteria.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Technology – Hands‑on familiarity of cloud, web & mobile technologies, APIs and AI. Working experience with Microsoft Azure SQL, business intelligence platforms (PowerBI, etc) and AI agents.
Project Management – Coordinate implementation and customization of the Edge Platform to support the needs of the projects.
Business & Technical – Convert abstract business requirements from multiple stakeholders into technical user stories and deliver within short sprints.
Change Management & Communication – Champion adoption of tools and technologies by leading implementation and training strategies.
Business Development – Assist in pursuits and project expansion, demonstrating the Edge platform.
Building Relationships – Serve as an advisor on leading practices and capabilities of the Edge platform at scale.
Innovative Mindset – Identify product and service expansion opportunities for the Edge platform and implement fast‑to‑fail proofs of concepts.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
U.S. Citizenship.
Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
Experience training and onboarding and supporting users with technology to drive adoption of solutions.
Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
The ability to make detailed assessments of technology, operations or manufacturing infrastructure.
The ability to synthesize approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts.
The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long‑lasting relationships both internally and externally.
Understand available technologies and apply them to solve business problems.
Reside in or be commutable to your office location for this position.
Willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.
Ideally, You Will Have
A proven record of excellence in a mergers or acquisitions transactions role.
Experience gained within another large professional services organization.
Established networking skills in a relevant industry.
Knowledge of how to leverage firm‑approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

Compensation and benefits package: base salary range $130,000 to $185,000; medical, dental, pension, 401(k), paid time off.
Hybrid model: most client‑serving roles work in person 40‑60% of the time.
Flexible vacation policy: you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your personal circumstances; you’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, winter/summer breaks, personal/family care, and other leaves of absence.
