About the Opportunity A rapidly growing, full-service law firm located in the northern Baltimore area is seeking experienced, business-minded attorneys to join its expanding team. We are looking for professionals who bring not only strong legal skills but also an entrepreneurial mindset—individuals who view law as both a profession and a business. Our firm represents clients across a broad range of practice areas, including family law, business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and civil litigation, small business and general counsel services, estate planning and probate, personal injury, and real estate transactions. We are entering an exciting phase of strategic growth and are looking for attorneys who want to grow with us—professionals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and who are motivated by measurable results and client impact. The Role Attorneys in our firm are trusted to manage client relationships, lead matters from start to finish, and contribute to the development of both the firm and their individual practices. This opportunity is ideal for experienced attorneys (7+ years preferred) who may currently serve as of counsel, senior attorney, non-equity partner, or practice group leader, and who are ready to expand their leadership and client base within a dynamic, growth-focused setting. Candidates should bring—or be capable of building—a book of business generating at least $500K annually. You will have the autonomy to manage your practice while benefiting from the firm’s infrastructure, systems, and collaborative team environment. Attorneys with less business origination experience ($200K annually or more) but strong legal acumen and demonstrated leadership potential are also encouraged to apply, as we are actively building teams across practice areas. Core Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload in one or more of the firm’s core practice areas. Originate and grow client relationships; develop and implement strategies for practice growth. Deliver exceptional legal services with an emphasis on efficiency, responsiveness, and measurable client value. Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff, fostering teamwork and accountability. Participate in firm leadership initiatives, business planning, and cross-practice collaboration. Utilize firm systems for client management, matter tracking, and workflow efficiency. Uphold the firm’s high standards of professionalism, ethics, and client care. Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing in Maryland, Virginia, or Pennsylvania. Multiple state licenses are a plus. Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience in one or more of the following: Family Law; Business and Corporate Transactions / M&A; Commercial or Civil Litigation; Estate Planning, Probate, and Estate Administration; Small Business and General Counsel Services; Real Estate Transactions and Title Services; or Personal Injury preferred. Demonstrated ability to originate or manage client work independently. Proven leadership and mentorship experience preferred. Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset. Strong communication, client management, and organizational skills. Ability to commute regularly to the northern Baltimore area. Ideal Candidate Profile
