Meta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analyst to join our Total Rewards Team, focusing on Global Variable Incentive Compensation. As an individual contributor, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, leading complex compensation projects, and influencing the direction of incentive plan design and administration across Ads and Business Messaging teams. This position offers significant responsibility, high visibility with executive leadership, and the opportunity to shape the future of Meta’s variable compensation programs.
Sales Compensation Analyst Responsibilities
Drive the conceptualization, design, and execution of global incentive compensation plans, including integration of new products and metrics.
Act as a key resource for leadership team, steering committees, and cross‑functional partners on compensation strategy, governance, and best practices.
Drive strategic redesign initiatives, including quarterly plan updates and scenario modeling to support evolving business priorities.
Perform complex data analysis and modeling to measure plan effectiveness, test new designs, and provide actionable recommendations.
Develop and track advanced metrics to assess program impact and alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and deliver executive‑level presentations and communications to global steering committees and leadership teams.
Manage high‑impact projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Meta’s strategic objectives.
Identify and champion opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system enhancements in partnership with engineering and operations teams.
Lead user acceptance testing and implementation of new calculation logic, data tables, and reporting tools within incentive compensation systems.
Ensure all compensation processes, controls, and documentation meet SOX and internal governance standards.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales incentive payments to the sales organization.
Provide guidance and training to sales teams and cross‑functional partners on incentive plan design, policy changes, and compensation philosophy.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent.
4+ years of analytical, modeling, and financial statement analysis experience.
Excel, G‑sheet, G‑Slides, and PowerPoint experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with compensation software tools such as Xactly, Callidus, Varicent.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and experienced in multitasking.
Experience with sales compensation/commissions.
Understand corporate finance concepts.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross‑functional team.
