We’re looking for a powerhouse
Senior Manager to lead our Amazon business
into its next era of growth. This isn’t your typical e‑comm job—this is your opportunity to shape a $40MM+ business across iconic and fast‑growing wellness and personal care brands.
You’ll be the architect of the Amazon strategy and the quarterback of daily execution. One moment you’ll be translating brand priorities into high‑performing PDPs and media campaigns—and the next, you’ll be problem‑solving an inventory bottleneck or optimizing a DSP flight. You’ll work across teams and time zones to deliver best‑in‑class digital shelf experiences, execute with operational precision, and drive measurable, margin‑accretive growth. This role is equal parts strategic and action‑oriented, analytical and creative. You will own the Amazon P&L.
Qualifications:
6–8+ years of experience in e‑commerce with a focus on Amazon; CPG or personal care experience strongly preferred.
Deep expertise in Amazon ecosystem: Vendor Central, AMS, ARA Premium, retail media, and FBA/SIOC/logistics nuances.
Proven success managing multimillion‑dollar P&Ls and scaling e‑commerce businesses through both performance marketing and operational excellence.
Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Profitero, NielsenIQ preferred).
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence without authority.
Prior experience mentoring or managing talent preferred.
Bias for action, solution‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
