Job Description
Lead an installation team on various projects
Work with Salesmen, Install Coordinator and Installation Manager to ensure jobs are installed correctly
Keep truck stocked with needed installation materials
Take before and after pictures of installation with model and serial numbers
List any items that were not completed on the day of the installation for the Quality Control Technician
Install all types of HVAC equipment including replacement of existing, remodel and new residential installations
Installation and modification of duct systems, piping systems, control wiring and other HVAC related components
Communicate and work alongside customers and other construction trades
Receive and complete work orders and maintain accurate records on material and labor usage on jobs through electronic handheld devices
Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean
Maintain inventory of company‑owned tools, equipment and materials including maintaining refrigerant usage records to meet federal requirements
Work in and outside the DFW area as required, per diem included when out of the DFW area overnight
Requirements
High school or equivalent
Clear and valid driver’s license
EPA type 1 and 2
TDLR technician registration
Residential HVAC experience
HVAC Trade School degree a plus
Experience in other trades is a plus
