We are seeking an accomplished
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to join our client’s executive leadership team in Orlando, FL. Reporting directly to the President and serving as a Board Director, the CFO will be responsible for ensuring the organization’s financial health while driving the strategic integration of finance and technology.
Base Pay Range $200,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of global finance, including accounting, compliance, audit, reporting, forecasting, and risk management.
Act as a strategic partner to the President and executive team, delivering insights and proactive recommendations to support sustained growth.
Lead capital planning, M&A initiatives, and investment strategies that enhance enterprise value.
Oversee the company’s IT function, champion modernization of ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms, and leverage advanced analytics and AI for smarter financial modeling and performance tracking.
Champion data integrity, security, and accessibility to strengthen decision‑making capabilities and enable operational efficiency across the enterprise.
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven global finance leadership with deep expertise in financial planning, risk management, and M&A.
Track record of successfully leading IT and enterprise system initiatives.
Inspirational leader who can drive organizational change, build high‑performing teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to the President, Board, and executive leadership.
