Job Summary
The Account Executive will develop new accounts across an assigned territory to support company growth. Reporting directly to the RVP, Sales, this role will represent IT Solutions to prospects and deliver solutions to solve their most complex business needs. Responsibilities
Seek out and prospect new client accounts and generate sales opportunities. Develop opportunities to drive company growth through prospecting, networking, social media, and referrals. Leverage HubSpot and other lead‑generating tools to prospect new clients. Conduct daily lead‑generating activities such as cold calling, emailing, and networking. Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, reporting sales activities weekly. Apply professional sales techniques to target and offer appropriate services to potential clients. Participate in company events related to sales and new business acquisition. Understand prospects’ business needs and develop tailored proposals and presentations, leveraging the pre‑sales architecture team as needed. Achieve established targets for new account development. Engage in other sales activities as assigned. Maintain good business relations with potential clients and centers of influence. Support the new client onboarding process, including ongoing internal training. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Reside in Orange County, CA to develop a local sales territory. At least five years of B2B sales experience; field sales and technology sales strongly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Self‑motivated with a hunting‑style sales approach. Team‑oriented attitude balanced with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a base salary of $70k–$100k (commensurate with experience) plus uncapped sales incentive pay.
