In short, as an Accounts Payable Specialist you will oversee day‑to‑day processing of invoices ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with DriveTime procedures and GAAP regulations. Responsibilities
Receive invoices and verify the accuracy of information throughout our systems Enter invoices into the Accounts Payable system Approve payment batches Maintain and file all appropriate documentation Reconcile vendor statements Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications
Organization and time‑management skills in spades. You will handle multiple tasks and deadlines that require you to prioritize and re‑prioritize repeatedly. A mind for the details. We truly mean “detail‑oriented.” Plays well with others. You will work in a high‑functioning team environment. Agile in a fast‑paced environment. We move quickly and thrive in a nonstop environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma, and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management. Takes initiative and is comfortable doing so. Minimum of one year of high‑volume Accounts Payable experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficient Excel skills. Willingness to cross‑train and partner with leadership on professional development. Any equivalent combination of training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered. Perks
