Senior Paid Search Specialist
LaSalle Network, a boutique agency in downtown Chicago (hybrid), is seeking a data‑driven, results‑oriented Senior Paid Search Specialist to join their growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, hands‑on platform experience, and a passion for testing and optimization in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize lower‑funnel paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
Manage Performance Max campaigns and leverage automation features to improve campaign efficiency and scale.
Conduct ongoing keyword research, ad copy testing, audience targeting, and bid management.
Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including analytics, creative, and strategy to align paid search efforts with broader marketing goals.
Stay current on industry trends, search platform updates, and emerging best practices to continuously enhance performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
3+ years of hands‑on paid search experience, preferably in an agency or performance marketing environment.
Proven experience managing lower‑funnel campaigns focused on lead generation or direct response.
Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads; Performance Max experience strongly preferred.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
Google Ads certification a plus.
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 base. Medical, dental, vision, and 401k are offered, along with a generous PTO policy.
