We are seeking an experienced Windows/Active Directory Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive experience in global customer support and managing large-scale data center technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and be capable of working effectively during US business hours. Responsibilities

Lead Active Directory upgrades, migrations, and overall administration. Perform Windows OS upgrades (2008/2012 to latest versions) and optimize server performance. Automate routine tasks using PowerShell to improve operational efficiency. Manage Azure Active Directory, AD Sync, RDS, Terminal Services, DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, and Certificate Services. Configure and manage Group Policies, login scripts, gMSA accounts, and system registry changes. Troubleshoot Windows Server performance issues across versions 2012/2016/2019/2022. Set up and troubleshoot Windows clusters. Ensure security and compliance of Group Policy Objects, file system, and registry settings. Deploy, patch, and maintain Windows operating systems, ensuring virus updates and performance tuning are current. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to prevent unauthorized access. Utilize tools like SCOM and SCCM for server monitoring and task scheduling (deployment knowledge preferred but not required). Manage WSUS-based server patching, troubleshoot failures, and perform pre- and post-patch checks to ensure service continuity. Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration and Active Directory management. Strong knowledge of large-scale data center environments.
