My client is a multinational diversified financial services organization. In this role you'll be responsible for managing the preparation and review of SEC filings, financial statements, and related disclosures. Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations, evaluate new accounting standards, and support investor relations and senior management reporting.
What You'll Be Doing
Oversee SEC filings and related financial disclosures, including XBRL.
Monitor and implement new accounting and regulatory standards.
Ensure consistency and compliance in accounting policies.
Prepare quarterly earnings materials and internal financial reports.
Support investor relations and board-level communications.
Supervise reporting staff and review technical accounting work.
Coordinate with auditors and manage reporting systems.
Recommend process improvements and review peer filings for best practices.
What They're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA designation.
6+ years of SEC reporting experience; including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and XBRL.
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Advanced accounting concepts, practices and procedures experience.
