We are seeking a Human Resources
Administrator
to join our Human Resources department. This position will be accountable for establishing and maintaining HR analytics, reporting strategy, and assisting the HR Department in carrying out various Human Resources programs and procedures to develop an employee‑oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high‑performance. This is an on‑site position that can sit in our Boca Raton, FL office or our Midtown Manhattan office.
Responsibilities
Run routine HR reports (headcount, turnover, compliance) and flag discrepancies or trends for HR leadership review
Conduct periodic audits of employee data to ensure ongoing accuracy and integrity across HR systems
Maintain and audit employee data in ADP and other HRIS platforms, ensuring accuracy of payroll, benefits, and employee records
Partner with Generalist, Payroll and Benefits teams to enter, review, and validate payroll transactions and benefit enrollments, resolving discrepancies quickly
Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, off‑boarding, and compliance documentation
Ensure timely system setup for new hires, and accurate system terminations for departing employees
Maintain employee files and records in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Provide administrative support for leave of absence (LOA, FMLA, ADA) requests
Provide administrative support to the Upper Tier team, including:
Onboarding, regular maintenance and off‑boarding of participants (system updates in Stock Plan Administration system and Intralinks)
Generate and prepare carried interest allocation letters, distribution letters, and capital call notices
Post documents to Intra Links
Prepare email notifications
Distribute tax and legal documents (Form 83(b), Form s431 elections, partnership agreements, Unit Agreements)
Assist with updating wiring instructions
Crosstrain across HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and compliance to provide coverage and strengthen operational resilience
Collaborate with HR leadership to identify process improvements and ensure consistency across HR programs and procedures
Additional ad hoc assignments upon request
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum 1–3 years of HR administration or related HRIS experience, preferably within professional services or financial services
Hands‑on experience with ADP strongly preferred, working knowledge of another HRIS/ATS systems a plus
Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain data integrity across multiple systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ability to produce and analyze reports
Demonstrated ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
The compensation range for this position is a full‑time employee in New York. The base salary offered will depend on qualifications, market data and internal equity.
Base Salary Range
$80,000 - $120,000 USD
