• $5,000 sign‑on for full time • $40.00–$46.09 per hour • 8‑hour or 12‑hour shift available, shift differentials: $1.00 for evenings, $3.00 for nights • Full‑time employees eligible for 401(k), Medical, Dental & Vision, FSA, Dependent Care, Life, AD&D, Long‑Term Disability, Short‑Term Disability, Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity, Legal Benefits, Identity Theft Protection, Pet Insurance, Auto/Home Insurance. Part‑time eligible for all except Medical. On‑call eligible for 401(k) only. Responsibilities
Under supervision of RN or APRN, develop, implement, and modify comprehensive plan of care for facility residents. Practice within legal boundaries for practical nursing authorized by state. Qualifications
Current license to practice as LPN in practicing state. Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing facility practices. Understanding of infection control principles and practices. Must pass criminal background investigation, reference inquiry, and vaccine mandate attestation or provide documentation for exemption. Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics. Equal Opportunity
