Home Care Sales and Marketing Manager Home Instead Somerset-NJ

Join our team to manage our Sales and Marketing activities in Somerset and Middlesex counties.

You must believe in our mission to change the face of aging by allowing clients to age at home. You will serve as the face of Home Instead for prospects and existing clients, while also helping shape how our services are promoted online and in the community. This role pays a competitive salary plus bonus/incentives.

Responsibilities

Research, develop and nurture Referral Provider Network relationships and produce referrals. Perform all phases of the consultative sales process, including preparation and documentation of calls, diagnosis of referral source and client needs, recommendation of appropriate Home Instead services and additional community resources.

Achieve referrals and onboard clients with the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase overall market share. Target accounts include hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, senior centers, hospice, rehabilitation centers, etc.

Develop, review and optimize sales and marketing plans detailing weekly and monthly activities focused on meeting or exceeding established goals.

Effectively present Home Instead marketing materials and services to referral providers through 1:1 meetings, lunch and learns and group presentations.

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow-up activities.

Develop a database of qualified leads from referrals through face-to-face meetings, calls, email, and Web.

Conduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations to sign up clients for Home Care following the consultative sales process.

Support onboarding and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal service teams.

Track and report referrals, consults, starts of care, client engagement and feedback.

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (email, social media, events).

Participate in the development of engaging content for newsletters, social media, and blog posts.

Coordinate with outside vendors for print, promotional materials, and events.

Analyze marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Skills

5+ years of experience in Sales.

2+ years of experience in Client service or Marketing.

Strong consultative selling skills and a track record of hitting conversion goals.

Confident communicator—written, verbal, and visual—and the ability to listen effectively.

Experience developing a marketing/sales plan and updating management on success and opportunities for improvement.

Comfortable using CRM, email marketing platforms, and social media tools.

Highly organized with a proactive, self-starter mindset.

Creative eye for branding and customer experience is a plus.

Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines.

Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, sound judgment and good decision-making.

Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies and procedures.

Proven work experience in a small office preferred.

Homecare or Medical Office is preferred.
