Salesforce Developer Lead
with 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development, customization, and solution delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in
Salesforce Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud , as well as proven integration experience connecting Salesforce to enterprise applications and external systems. This role requires a blend of hands‑on development, technical leadership, and solution design to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions that drive business success.
What you will be doing:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.
Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and scalable design patterns.
Collaborate with architects, admins, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Build and optimize solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Leverage Salesforce Agentforce to enhance agent productivity, AI-driven workflows, and customer engagement.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica), and event-driven architectures.
Implement and manage data management strategies, including data modeling, integration, governance, and quality assurance.
Oversee environment management, including sandbox strategy, refresh cycles, and alignment across development, QA, UAT, and production.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado, Gearset, or Flosum.
Provide production support and troubleshooting complex Salesforce issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
What you Bring:
12+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solution delivery.
Proven expertise in Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Extensive integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.), and event-driven architectures.
Experience with Salesforce data modeling, integration patterns, and security best practices.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Flosum) and Git-based version control.
Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer II required; Application Architect or System Architect preferred.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Added Bonus if you have:
Experience with Salesforce Agentforce (AI-driven agent productivity).
Hands‑on exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Experience with multi‑org environments and complex integration landscapes.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience leading large‑scale Salesforce development teams and projects.
Familiarity with event-driven architecture and real-time integrations.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance technical depth and business priorities.

Salary Range The pay range for this full‑time position is $119,560.00 - $200,840.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
