What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Assess, analyze, and advise advisor clients on business strategy, lead generation, and operations

Manage client engagements, including project management and relationship management

Conduct client meetings, webinars, and presentations according to Engagement Standards

Provide meaningful advice related to the growth and development of clients\' businesses

Collaborate with the sales team to improve client loyalty and drive asset growth

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of business consulting and practice management experience in the financial services industry

Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree or financial designations preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to travel as needed, up to 30% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar technology for client engagement tracking

Previous experience in the financial services consulting sector

Proven track record of enhancing client satisfaction and business growth
