Overview Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation; calculate taxes; manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Virtual, customer‑facing role: use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation; committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Available to work a minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
